We’ve started running the Assetto Corsa Racing League (ACRL Events), which gave rise to the opportunity to run a custom car paint scheme (skin). Not knowing anything about creating a skin, a YouTube tutorial gave provided the perfect primer and allowed the creation of this, our first BGR-themed livery!
therealbeef (who runs under BGR colours in car #31) and I ran our first race with ACRL on Sunday at Brands Hatch. We both made costly errors, but had solid mid-field finishes. Granted, we were mid-pack in the slow group so we were firmly in the bottom 33% of the field, but everyone has to start somewhere. Here is some footage from Race 1 and Race 2.
The next round is at Road Atlanta on February 2, 20120. Wish us luck.
