For this month’s open race on December 11 at 8PM, we’re back on Assetto Corsa Competizione in a fairly traditional mix of the Paul Ricard Circuit and GT3 cars, but there is some “new” worth highlighting:
This will be our first race hosted on simracing.gp, a new platform aimed at bringing the myriad sim racing communities and events into one place. Go take a look and register for the December Open Race Night. If you’re unable to access the site, drop us line by email or on Discord and we’ll get you an invite.
Simracing.gp has the potential to simplify life for sim racers and organizers alike and we hope that as the the platform advances through the current beta phase and becomes launch ready, its feature set will accommodate BGR’s special needs like ballast and fixed setups.
From a racer’s perspective, the coolest part of simracing.gp is the registration function, which lets you choose your car, and access event settings in one place. Again, take a look and register for the December Open Race Night. If you’re unable to access the site, drop us line by email or on Discord and we’ll get you an invite.
